Firstly, fantastic customer service! Secondly - love this Nutcracker ... he is the perfect height for our house entrance and I love his colours. And thirdly, I wasn’t home at the time of delivery and the parcel was placed in a safe area (behind a gate). Job well done! Have recommended this product to family and friends!
